Felt good on rows first three rounds then had a hard time. Thrusters were hard but not too bad.

19:05 with 65# thrusters.
row started out great, then I came off the seat. Had to slow down.
Thrusters with 65#, good weight
New jump rope... disaster strikes OMG. Just didn't feel right. I'll be practicing tomorrow. Actually practiced tonight and accomplished my first double under with a single before and after. That should really screw me up for singles next time!

It's been fun working with Paul's family. Great folks. Krista, maybe next time I will be able to keep up. Nice job.
