Should have done 100 pullups, but ripped a good blister in my hand...

Did this workout previously on 4/19/09 20:35 with jumping pullups.

Ran South Mountain Trail 3 times (about 1 mile each time) while on duty. Wore my SCBA the whole time. I walked the first time, walked backwards (entire way) the second time and ran the third time.
