First time doing knees to elbows; took me a long time to do those. Burpees were hard to keep up on...situps better.

My entire body is toast after this workout. Knees to elbows were the most challenging, situps were the easiest. Good job to everyone for going for 50!

don't know how high the box was, seemed like 5 feet:).

All Fire Breathers! YES!
Wall Ball 14 lb

Knees-Elbows Did 20, took break so others could do pullups, finished 30 at end of workout
Push Press - big bar - 45lb?
Situps
Burpees slow, ugly, but steady
Jump Rope 150 did them in one sequence
38:27 plenty of room for improvement.

Geez I really feel like a baby dragon not a big fire breathing dragon. I did 25 reps.
WB 10# ( gym didn't have bigger so I brought my own)
box jump 21"
kb 30#
push press with 30# (gym only has bars in 10 lb increments I could have done 40#)
I truly don't like burpees:)
jump rope 150 singles-continuous
