Sorry I couldn't make the early workout. Don't get off work in Phx until 4. Just finished the workout in 20:15, which seemed slow (note below), but I did this workout in July in 28:16. That makes me feel better... except for my stomach muscles.

Well done Krista. Hope you and Jen were neck-n-neck.

Major equipment problems... with the homemade jumpropes. Leslie noticed it first a couple of days ago, the rope gets twisted up and wants to wrap around the handles. I was looking at nice jumpropes at the store yesterday, should have bought one.

It was nice to have all us women together!! Mike we did this in June!! Or I did this on my own and Suckd then, and did worse 2dy. WHAT's UP WITH THAT!! And this was an easy workout.....
It was the shoes last week that was the trouble with the Rope, 2dy I wore my running shoes and I flew on my rope, I guess not good enough HaHa. Anywy. Odiella GREAT JOB!!

We actually did this workout last on August 29th, previous to that was June 24th. It was a good workout today, felt better than I have for awhile.

Did this again today and got 5 other people to start Crossfit today while workoing OT at S#42. Times ranged from 18:52 to 28:06.
