Pretty close to my previous time of 13:01 using 35#. Reps were the same (40-20-20-20-20-15-15).

Sarah - Good job! I'm proud of you for finishing. This was a tough workout to start with.

75 lb. Dumbbell (this was all we had)
5 Laps (50, 25, 20, 20, 20, 15)
Much harder with 75 lbs and it being just one large dumbbell.
Did this on duty, 11/20/09.

Used 70 lbs.
4 laps (60, 30, 30, 20, 10)

First time on this workout. My lower back is hurting a little. Consider not increasing the weight next time around.
