Paul - 9:0655 lb. DumbbellDid this at the station. Had to rig a pullup bar only 6' off the ground. This meant I had to do my pullups with my knees bent and no kipping.Previous time:8:2050 lb. do to no DB larger.
The workout was a bit hard for me. Still wasn't feeling well. Tried with no band, could only do two good one's. Great job Jen, Mike for using no band!!! The stakes are high for the rest of us!!13:4035# DBPurple Band (this will be the last time)
