Did this at home. Since I don't have a bar I tried it with 15 lb dumbbells but that was pretty scary as they were wobbling around in the air and I kind of like my skull the way it is now. So I switched to the next size down we have which is 4 kilos (I think about 9.5 lbs) The sprinting is still hard for me. I'd so much rather go slow running. My time was 19:54 and it doesn't look like I did that workout last time.
I did pullups on my new home pullup bar yesterday using the work out from last week (lunges, pullups and situps.) My time was a lot longer but I did use the blue band only. For some reason pullups are a lot harder at home! There is some motivation factor that I am going to have to figure out when working out by my self.

My knee started bothering me on the 2nd run, pushed through it on the 3rd, but only went 1/2 way on the 4th and then did a 250m row. finished the last round with a 450m row. Felt pretty good with the OHS.

This was much better the second time around. My form has improved, much easier when that is in check!!! Might use a bit more wieght next time.

This was my first time doing OHS. Felt a little weird but by the 3rd round I fixed my form and I didn't feel it as much in my lower back. Good workout. I had someone ask me what kind of workout I was doing, so I was able to talk about crossfit and Fitness Estrella. Thanks Paul!

First time on this one; not too bad. My run was slow...will try 35lbs. next time.

I felt really good running, but struggled with the overhead squat. Couldn't reach out far enough on the bar that I could squat without the bar coming forward. I'll work on that. 10 lb bar, finished workout in 13:15.
