Felt great, weight good. Need to be careful not to increase weight too quickly. Protect the back with good form.

It was great going head-to-head with Jen. Stepping up for that last jump was AWESOME!

40 lb KB
21" box jumps

Weight good, still challenging for deadlifts, KB's were hard. Felt pretty good with the box jumps.
It was nice working out with the group tonight!
Good job pushing through it Odelia!

Should have done 80lbs; after 5 rounds or so it was real hard to get the KB UP! Box jumps ok; don't think my knees liked them too much though.
Good workout...glad you came back Odelia! :-)
