Mike and I where neck in neck, great workout!! Felt good after. Burpees look awsume Mike,great job. You'll catch me next time!!

Intense! Felt good on SDHP, felt slow on thrusters. I think I burned all my Halloween calories!

Weight was just right.
More importantly, I did my first series of bandless pull ups during warmup.. 5+5+5
