Since I can't come tonight, I ran 3 miles (5k) and then I did
3 rounds 9 pullups and 21 situps.
I didn't do time for the pullups or situps because I wanted to get the pullups working at home like they are at Paul's. I used a different chair and magically I was finally able to do them. Each round I was able to do more in a row than the last with NO jumping. On the last round, I did 6 in a row and that made me happy.

25 pushups always my challenge

That was a bit tough!! Fell behind with the Jumprope suc..@#%, Can't jump with flat sneakers!!!Was very frustrated, which made me want to go 5Rd's!!! Have to get a bit angry to push myself. Great job guys!! Hope to see you Odilia on Wed. Hang in there girl.
