May substitute Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (35/45) for Rows. Do 10 SDHP for each 100M row.

Very fatiguing. I couldn't even do one good pull-up!
Thought I was going to get sick...

26:10 with a 35 lb bar. Krista, Leslie and I all within a minute of each other. Nice. Good effort ladies. You inspire me. My muscles were still twitching an hour later and I didn't sleep well because I was already sore. Tough workout.

This was a great workout, although it was very long.My legs where shaking for a long while!! The row slowed me down. You all pushed hard,way to go.
