My back's not ready for a CrossFit workout quite yet, but I rode 10 road miles on my mountain bike in 38:45.If you live near Westar and want to take a 10 mile ride: Start anywhere on Westar, ride to Estrella Parkway, go south until it ends. Flip a U and ride back. Turn left onto Westar. Ride to the end. Flip a U and ride back to your starting point on Westar. It is 10.1 miles.Looking forward to working out with you all again soon.
