Felt pretty good with this weight, although I did not attempt the OHS. Did a front squat instead.

Did Front Squat to finish.
I then did OHS 3 times with 140 lbs.
I didn't think I could do it and surprised myself. I should have finished the workout with a OHS. I really like this workout and felt really good, even though I didn't feel up to working out.

Previous time was 14:12 with 135 lbs.

Took over 1 1/2 minutes off previous time and added 20 lbs. Form is not good on these exercises, but I am trying!!

Did this again on duty (9/24), but didn't go balls to the wall. I also got the OHS the first time.

I think my form was much better this time around. As always the run was my hardest!! Made almost a full effort to do an overhead squat,, next time!!

Beat the previous time by 3 minutes with 5 more pounds. Tis a good day. 5 more pounds next time. Must focus on technique!

Excellent try on the overhead squat Leslie. You're almost there. I'm jealous.
