I did a workout on shift and the timing got messed up, therefor I did the dreaded workout again today.4 Rounds10 Thrusters 75 lbs.10 burpees10 SDHP 75 lbs.Paul - 6:06Yesterday I did this workout on shift and was flying. Not only did I get started late (loss about 10 secs) the time was erased instead of stopped. I was at 4:29 after 3 rounds. Today I was at 4:20 after 3 rounds. So only assumed I did it in about 6:30 which would beat my last time. I was so upset I did it again today. (6:06)

It was under 5 min but we didn't time her. Her row was under 4:45 per 500M.
Fantastic Jenna!15:10 for this 400m run/50 squats workout. Not too pleased; although, I did take 1:28 off my previous time. Thanks C's for letting us do it in your 'hood!Krista :-)

Did this one at Mike and Tracy's house. 15:51 I beat my last time by about 1 minute, but LOTS of room for improvement.
Paul - 11:47Did this workout on 9/18/09 on the high school track while on duty.Then I ran immediately after for 11:47 and completed 5 3/4 laps in 11:47.Finished 6 laps at 12:14.I then took a break and did a workout with my Captain Steve.Run 100M, Walk 100M, Run 200M, Walk 100M, Run 300M, Walk 100M, Run 400M, Walk 100M, Run 300M, Walk 100M, Run 200M, Walk 100M, Run 100M and Walk 100M.Another 6 laps but did not time it.Previous time = 11:40.
