My goal was under 20 and strategy was row at a 2 minute pace. Did my first row in 3:48 and was able to get all 21 thrusters. Rowed the 2nd round and 3rd rounds right at 2 minute pace and was able to get all thrusters.

11:29 55lb thrusters

This was a lot harder than I thought it would be. Did 12,3,5,5,5,5,5,5 thrusters and 12,3,5,10,10,5 on burpees.

Ran 1 mile afterward - 7:52

oops Jen just told me I put it down at 15 on the first set but picked it right back up and did 6. I remember, now that my brain isn't foggy. The second set I did 10 and held it behind my neck for a few and did 5 more and the last I did all 9 unbroken.

Hard; but not as hard as I worked myself up to thinking it was going to be.

I thought this was a bit hard I used more wieght this time. Was sore from the day b4.
