Did my first row in 3:48 and was able to get all 21 thrusters. Rowed the 2nd round and 3rd rounds right at 2 minute pace and was able to get all thrusters.(6:15, 11:48, 15:25)

11:29 55lb thrustersThis was a lot harder than I thought it would be. Did 12,3,5,5,5,5,5,5 thrusters and 12,3,5,10,10,5 on burpees. Ran 1 mile afterward - 7:52
oops Jen just told me I put it down at 15 on the first set but picked it right back up and did 6. I remember, now that my brain isn't foggy. The second set I did 10 and held it behind my neck for a few and did 5 more and the last I did all 9 unbroken.
