Yay!! This was kinda fun! I am glad that I didn't notice my hands were tore up until I got that last pull-up done!!

Everyone did great!!! The run was not bad...
It was nice to do all those pullups Ha! Ha!
No Blisters sorry guys!! Didn't like my time, got my As... wiped again. Arms and chest are sore today!!

Tough day for me. My lower back hurt to walk, so running was out of the question. I figured a workout that didn't jar my back might help. I subbed rowing for running.
