Tough day for me. My lower back hurt to walk, so running was out of the question. I figured a workout that didn't jar my back might help. I subbed rowing for running. 50 pull ups - purple500m row21 thruster - 55 lbs1000m row21 thruster500m row50 pull upsIt was good for my back to workout. I was ok with the time (29:17) all considered.Mike L.
