Can't wait to graduate to the blue band....good last workout for a while. I'll keep everyone posted on my rehab....keep up the good work everyone.

Everybody did awesome with this workout. I like the intensity and drive you all have. Dana was very impressive on the pullups today. She wanted it and she did it with blue only. Next is red. You have it, keep it up.

Paul - thanks for the nice comments! I must say I am so proud of myself for going to that blue band! But I am sore today. Something that hasn't happened on the green for a long time. The run at the end absolutely did me in though if John had been there I probably would have been seven minutes faster. HA! Lookout, I've got my eyes on that red band.

This workout was a bit tough. The run kick my ass.!!No wait Krista kicked on the RUN. You kept right up there with your pullups!!
