Did a 1 mile run following the workout for a time of 7:10.

Yeh I may join you on the run after depending if I can run! I think I squated my thighs into oblivion last night trying to keep you and Mike behind me... I think you guys have caught up to the only advantage I had!

Good times!
Ok; I forgot to write my time for this, so I have to wait for the picture of the board...oops!! I think I was just under 8:00 minutes with 40lbs; INTENSE!! Previous time was a flat 9:00 with 30lbs.
Mile run after in 8:44; thanks to Sandra for bringing me home!! :-)

I did this workout on shift and the timing got messed up. Therefor I did the dreaded workout again yesterday.

9/15 - 6:30ish 75 lbs.
7/03 - 6:41 75 lbs.
7/02 - 7:28 75 lbs.

While doing this workout on duty I felt like I was flying, even though I was started late (loss about 10 secs) and then my time was erased instead of stopped. I was at 4:29 after 3 rounds. Yesterday I was at 4:20 after 3 rounds. So I only assumed I did it in about 6:30 which would beat my last time. I was so upset I did it again yesterday. (6:06)

Well I did "Daniel" instead today with a sad but improving time of 27:10.

I thought this was an awesone workout!!Even though I almost passed out!!! You still kick ass Jen!! Could not do the run!
