I felt really good after this workout!!! The lunges are way more challengeing with the wieghts I like that!! No problems with those.
Great job Jen & Mike L. Paul I expected you to do at least 7 Rds Ha! Ha! Thanks for the push.

25 lb dumb bells for lunges.

The lunges were extremely hard. I am impressed that you got 5 rounds in Leslie! Good job.

My jump roping was good! The rest, miserable. Took me 18:34 to finish 4 rounds. 30 lb DBs were Plenty for the the lunges. Ring dips were tough dispite the fact that I was not able to push back up. I can really feel them in my shoulders today. Reminds me of pull ups, just have to keep at it.

Great job Jen and Leslie. You are both doing SO well!

My name is Mendi and I have been following the workouts for about a month. I have been doing Crossfit since Feburary and enjoy your workouts Paul. I also know Jen and Sandra and see how amazing they are doing.
6 rounds in 16: 41.
used 25 lb DB for lunges.
Don't have rings so I did regular dips
Then did 20 minutes on stairs, level 7.
