Oh boy, I do not want to do this again. It was hard and took everything out of me. You need to produce lots of power.

I was just happy that I was able to do these exercises. This was my first time doing squat cleans. I hadn't tried knees to elbows in awhile, but this was the first time I was able to do them. Good workout, but Hard! I was impressed with how well everyone did.

Dana: 50lbs, Oh this was hard. But I kind of liked it. (after it was over) Mike C. was a crazy man showing us how to do it!

About 2 pm my abs starting making their presence known!

19:38 with 70 lbs. Lots of room for improvement. Weight was good. Started out the squat cleans terribly... extra movements. Hanging is hard for the knees-to-elbows... hurts the shoulder. Knees-to-elbows work well with palms toward me. This is a good workout.

Great job everyone. Mike C.- you were in the zone today.

This was a fun workout (now that it is over). The bad thing was letting Jen and Mike go first giving me the false hope that it going to be easy! You guy's looked great! I know people in their twenties that couldn’t come close to the times or the motivation it took to complete this workout. Dana way to push thru and finish! You guy's are great to work out with very normal and extremely motivating yeah you too Leslie! Speaking of motivation where are you KG? Are you fearin the new big dawg!!! Don’t kill me on the next workout only kidding…

P.S.

The CFO was on the elliptical and worked abs 72 hours after surgery! Not sure if she is mentally challenged or out of her mind! Either way like you guy's she is a great motivation! But I will trip her if she gets a head of me...

Stop spreading romeres that I"m Normal!! The workout was good. Way to go Dana sorry I counld not stay. Mike L. great job, Jen Great job as always! And Mike C. well how's it fill to kick the old ladys butt once again.!! And you made the front page Ha! Ha!
