Nice job Leslie. That is a smokin' time. I was going to post this workout today, but I felt it would be good for everyone to decide on a workout on their own. Good job!

Got home from AF ladies function at 9:30 pm - husband in Ohio this weekend - needed a workout that could be done inside...spent 30 mins on crossfit.com looking for this exercise husband told me about (now 10:00 pm) - turned off internet, ran around house with tape measure... 5 Rounds 100' Lunges 4kg (8.8lbs) dumbells in each hand (arms raised straight overhead elbows locked) ran up and down my 18 stairs twice 30 situps Time 18:27 (probably should have done 6 rounds because it was just starting to really hurt one the stairs but doggie was crawling under my knees on situps and in and out of my legs on lunges and up and down stairs with me. Didn't want to stop to put her in her crate - she was having loads of fun. I call this the Dana workout! HA HA!

Did 5 Rounds of 21 Thrusters and 63 Singles in 9:02. (did 5 extra Thrusters and 15 Jumprope at the end)
My legs are on fire.
Previous times were:
9:55 for 20 and 60
10:34 for 21 and 63
(Previous workout from June 20th)

Lunges 100 ft.
75 singles
10 Burpess
Time - 8:47 Took off 1:88 mins Ya!!
