I felt faster and better then last time but had 2.5 ft further to throw a 20 lb. Wallball 75 times.

14 lb wallball @ 8' wall (try heavier ball next time)

Tried to stay ahead of Jen, but then she found her stride. Amazing performance everyone. Krista dashes for the finish line! Mike C. nails the high beam! Improved times all around.

Previous time 14:18 with 30 lb dumb bell for KB's.

Mike L., you definitely improved my time, I didn't think I was going to catch up. Good competition!
