Did this this morning with Sandra. KBs felt better, was able to do all 21 each round.

50 LB. Kettlebell (put 2 - 25 lb DB together)
Previous time = 8:40.

1st Run = 1:19
1st KB = 2:03 - :44
1st PU = 2:27 - :24
2nd Run = 4:11 - 1:44
2nd KB = 4:56 - :45
2nd PU = 5:21 - :25
3rd Run = 7:09 - 1:48
3rd KB = 7:56 - :47
3rd PU = 8:20 - :24
Never broke anything up.

Conclusion - 1. If I can get my 2nd and 3rd runs to 1:30 I would nock off 33 seconds.

Just did this workout from a previous time,except I did not run 200m. Instead I added situps!

Felt stronger on my runs; did KB all the way through stopping one time on the second round. Did horrible on my pull-ups!! Still B/P band; not very happy about it...
