Did Wednesday's workout(run/squats). I was really trying to talk myself out of it...12:51Hadn't done this workout since May 20th(14:40).

Paul - 11:47Did this workout on 9/18/09 on the high school track while on duty.Then I ran immediately after for 11:47 and completed 5 3/4 laps in 11:47.Finished 6 laps at 12:14.I then took a break and did a workout with my Captain Steve.Run 100M, Walk 100M, Run 200M, Walk 100M, Run 300M, Walk 100M, Run 400M, Walk 100M, Run 300M, Walk 100M, Run 200M, Walk 100M, Run 100M and Walk 100M.Another 6 laps but did not time it.Previous time = 11:40.
