Mike N. and I did this at home at 10:15am

Mike N. doing singles = 32:00 mins
Dana doing singles = 26.34 mins

It was hard. Mike did awesome. Way to push it and work for it.

I don't know who Mike N. is, but Tom N. worked out with Dana this morning. Dana did great !! My quads were still sore from Sunday. I only had to crawl half the distance today to make the house

Good job guys! The jumprope takes a little time when you are not used it. I am working tonight, so just did the workout.

Sit ups were my downfall; had a better stride on second run, felt good knowing it was almost over! :-)

About 18 minutes doing singles. Coming in last for the evening group never felt so rewarding. Always looking to improve. Worked on reducing rest time.

Mike, you do so much for this group. You are an inspiration for all and always so positive. Thank You for your presence at the workouts. Great job Everybody. Leslie lets just assume you took off 2 minutes from your last time. You were about 3.5 laps short last time you did this. If you did 8 laps and supposed to do 11.5 laps you only did 69.5% of your run. It takes you at least 4 minutes (fatigued) to do a toal 1/2 mile therefor 69% of 4 min is 2 minutes 47 seconds. So add another 1 minute and 13 seconds to your last time.
