11:58 last time. Gased from yesterday.
(secured 2 - 35 lb. dumbbells together and used that.)

This was hard!I used 30 lbs last time with this workout for a time of 11:15.

Tracy and Krista talked me into doing a 1 mile run afterward: 8:21. Thanks for the extra calorie-burn guys!

I started with 60 lbs and did 30-10
I then realized I did too much and lowered it to 45lbs which I did 20-15-15-15-20-15-10

This was a little harder,even though I only used 4#s more this time. I refused to run this time around!!!! Just kepted up a slow pace and did more reps. Next time I will use 35#s.Did not want to run the mile. Did my first straight 10 pullups with the Purple Band!!!
