I started with 60 lbs and did 30-10 I then realized I did too much and lowered it to 45lbs which I did 20-15-15-15-20-15-10

This was a little harder,even though I only used 4#s more this time. I refused to run this time around!!!! Just kepted up a slow pace and did more reps. Next time I will use 35#s.Did not want to run the mile. Did my first straight 10 pullups with the Purple Band!!!26-30-30-34-30 (4-Laps)30#10:55
