Ring Dips!
Start fully extended at the top with a tight core.

Lower yourself keeping core tight and chest out.

Dip to the bottom until your upper arms are parallel with the ground and extend upward fully.
This is one Ring Dip.

Farely easy, My arms are sore!!
I forgot my time? Today I really didn't think about the time, wasn't sure I could do the rings.
