Paul - 100 Pullups7 rounds in 19:39 (25, 17, 15, 12, 11, 11, 9)Previously:Paul - 81 PullupsI was happy to get my goal of 100. This was done at PVCC on the track 8/7/09. The pullup bars suck and spin freely but was able to pull it off even after ripping a calus from my hand. I had 1 or 2 questionable pullups each on the last 3 rounds but I am counting them.
That was not to bad, Used the Purple Band for the first time. No turning back to RED!! Mike you kicked Butt!! Just a bit behind Paul~! I'm disappointed at you Paul for only 100 pullups, and the bar didn't even SPIN what's up with that. Nice job everyone.5 rounds (10,9,8,15,7)Ran on the 6th only
This wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Did more pullups than I thought I would (71 using purple band). Ran 7 rounds/pullups (12-10-12-12-10-8-7).Good job using the purple band Leslie!
73 pullups (15,12,12,12,12,10 +7 400M in 20:33) with the blue band. When doing this workout we need to know when we're approaching the 17-18 minute mark in case we can accomplish a few more pull ups the last round. Could try the red next time, but this worked well considering my shoulder discomfort. Fun workout. I liked that we worked uppper body, then lower body. Everyone worked hard today. Got to try and catch Tracy on the last round and, even though she started a minute before me, got to try and keep Jen from catching me at the end. Well done everyone.
