This was one of our first workouts. The only difference is we only did 15 Wallballs and 15 Box Jumps each round. Also this workout is supposed to be 5 Rounds. We are slowly getting there!

Too much pizza over the weekend! Running wasn't bad, but combined with the other two exercises... left me dizzy. Took almost 31 minutes. 12 lb ball, bench high jumps. Good job everyone, see you Wednesday.

Extremely hard and I was pushed. Wish I did a fifth round.
