Ran 4 miles stopped at 2 miles did 30 Box jumps, 30 Squats, 20 Pushups.

Completed the run (only) at 35:40

Did the ring dip workout today from last Sunday. Wasn't too bad, but I definitely need work on the rings. Had to use my foot to get my weight up.

A little nervous about the Flagg run. I have never ran more than 4 miles before. I guess we better do a 10K run for one of the workouts here pretty soon. What do you think Paul?

I think u all know that I wont be running no 10k. I'm sure i can find something to do in Pauls garage!! LoL Ha! Ha!
