Failed 1st attempt on OH Squat.

Felt tired and strained left knee at work yesterday. Still went hard.

Your funny Krista. You will do well. I really want to throw a longer workout in every once in a while and introduce a few new exercises. We will take it slow and build everybody up.

Hard, but felt good after. Would like to move up to 55lbs, but my form is still not right when I do my squats repetetively. Want to get that down pat. Will do practice squats as you suggested Paul. Way to go all; see you tomorrow!! :-)

19:40 (including a little penalty for not completing my overhead squat) 65 lbs. The workout was great up to the end. I hate not finishing! I will work on overhead squats with minimal weight and work up to workout weight. I agree with Krista... I want to get the form NAILED. Thank you all for the encouragement. I am having a blast.

Mike L, your time was 17:40. Overhead squats are hard and we will slowly learn them. I failed my first time this morning and then got it the second try. Good Job everybody!

That was a great workout, u all pushed hard.
Mike L how much did u lose tonite?? The squat was hard. No the RUN WAS!! Way to go Josh!

Thanks leslie! Those power cleans and on were terribly difficult. I pushed myself though, and that's what I wanted to do.
