Paul, Completed the first part in 12:39 and the run in 7:46. A little slow in my run (maybe my Burrito for lunch had something to do with that) Definetly a good workout!
13:11 for the workout...sit-ups kill me... 10:20 for my mile...which is good for me!! BTW Mike, it was a jog not a full on run...your time ROCKED!! Tracy is the Energizer Bunny...she just keeps going and going and going... Hope you're feeling better Josh!!
Well, I am still behind all of you crazy Crossfitters at 15:38 for the workout and 11:37 for the run. But hey I just keep thinking that when the temperatures decrease things will get better. Never-the-less, I did it and with the HEAVIER bar. Push ups kill me and trying to do the jump rope fast was really difficult for my co-ordination!
Slow on the workout, but I felt good. Good time for me on the run. Dana, hang in there, you are improving every day. I'm so thrilled to see us all show up day after day.

I think a 7:46 mile is excellent after almost 13 minutes of work. Good Job!

My sides are still burning from the run,you know how I feel about RUNNING!! I guess I didn't do to bad on it. Josh are you drinking WATER today????
