I Ran 4 miles this am in 38:16. I did not push myself just a good jog. I then did 5 minutes of lunges as I can not do much with the upper body (still sore). I will try the rowing tommorrow if the blisters heal a little.

You can try the rowing, but you already did a metabolic workout (the run). So tomorrow do the posted workout Sandra, it will be best for you and their is a reason for all the workouts I post. Good job.
