I am guessing you are giving me the option on the two workouts so I will do the one everybody is doing tonight. The gym here has something simular to a Kettle Ball I can use and the construction site next door has all kinds of things to work with.

I accidentally mis-posted in Friday's workout. Anyways, as paul said, I got 11:03 with a 35 pounder. I was dying on it, haha. Hopefully I start coming to more of these.
