Krista, Nice work! I really encourage anyone who can not make a workout to try and do it on your own or make up something like Krista did. The whole idea is MetCon (high pulse rate, simoultaneous use of many muscles, continuous movement and short to medium time (5 - 30 min)).

Sorry I couldn't be there...
Instead I did about a 6 mile bike ride, 10 burpees and 3 sets of squats; 25 each.
20:00 minutes.

That was a good workout,thanks for the push.
I think 55 lbs would have been to much cause of the pullups.

Today seemed tough, but a real good muscle activation workout. My core really got a workout from stabilizing the Waiter Carries.
