Use tht link to the side, Walk Jog Run Distance and measure it out. It is pretty accurate.

I have to say it was awesome to see 9 people here working out today. Everybody pushed and cheered each other on. This is what it is about. These workouts are not easy but everybody can do them. They can be fast but remember these workouts are continuous work even if the workout last 15 minutes. The power output is more workload then any other hour long workout you have done before. There for your results will be significant if you keep it up. We have a great group and want to keep all you. I do not want more then 10 people. I want to focus on YOU! For the first timers today, you did great. You will be sore but you will feel better then you ever have after each workout. Keep it up and you will see significant results quick. AWESOME!
Thanks for the workout everyone. I forgot what that "burn" felt like. I hope to see you all more often.

Great workout. Managed 16:49. Leslie is getting faster and faster. With so many people, there is always someone to catch... if only I could. It's good to have goals.
What a fantastic first Crossfit ever day for me. I really enjoyed having so many people in the group and everyone being so enthusiastic.
