Did this Saturday morning: 20:28 Previous: 15.28 Lunges = Really working on form after watching Dana and John Jumprope singles = fairly fast Burpees = Seemed to come easier, trying to follow the demonstrations provided by Jena and Shea.
Felt like a good workout... Time stunk... Next time.

It's tough doing it on your own. It makes it so much more fun and motivating when you have others to do it with. Remember time is only for you.
