My j-rope is to short, so I added 10 jumps more to each round, and implicated the motion of the j-rope.

Extreme heat for the 400m - 105 in the shade
Old clothes line works well for jump rope - did singles
Sit ups - ouch - good challenge, won't be able to move tomorrow
Travelling to Wisconsin tomorrow. Will try to workout while there.

Awesome job everyone. Sorry I haven't been more active writing but have been camping in Silver Lake 5 miles from Kirkwood. Boy do I stink.
