Jen and I hiked to Lake Shealor. It was at an altitude of 7200 feet. At the highest point we were at 8500 feet, 1300 feet elevation in 3/4 mile. It was 3.5 miles round trip. Jen carried Shea and I carried Jenna half way to the lake and all the way back. It was definately a workout.

I also had to run back half way when we were finished, looking for another prson in our party, and then back. Maybe 4.5 miles for me.

Also I forgot to mention how hard it is to breath and get your breath at altitude and higher.
