1 Squat, 1 Pushup, 1 Situp the first minute.
2 Squats, 2 Pushups, 2 Situps the second minute.
3 Squats, 3 Pushups, 3 Situps the third minute.......
.........................................................................................
for 20 minutes.

If it takes you 10 seconds to do round 1 you have 50 seconds of rest. If it takes you 28 seconds to do round 2 you have 32 seconds of rest. Eliminate situps when you can no longer finish the round with all reps. Then eliminate pushups when you can no longer finish the round with all reps.

If you are at 11 minutes and only finished 11 Squats, 11 Pushups and 4 Situps then your next set (12th minute) will be 12 Squats and 12 Pushups. (No longer do any Situps)

If you are at 18 minutes and do 18 Squats and 16 Pushups then your next set (19th minute) will be 19 Squats only. Then 20 squats at minute 20.

Finish through 20 minutes.

Post rounds (minutes) in which you were no longer able to complete all reps for the exercise

Boy, have I missed you Both!! Wasn't really sure how to post this. So I went straight through for 20m, cought my breath for 5sec in between. Feed back on this one?

Gave up squats at 8 minutes
push ups at 9 minutes
By the end, I was doing only 6 situps/minute
Hadn't recovered from situps last Thursday

I am sorry, but I was on the road all day today and just got home. I realized there was a typing error. Sorry Mike. It was supposed to read "Eliminate situps when you can no longer finish the round with all reps.", not "Eliminate squats when you can no longer finish the round with all reps."

On this workout you have a 20 minute running clock. Each set is supposed to be finished within that minute. Immediately at the start of the next minute is the start of the next round. If I am on round 10 and finish it in 59 seconds I have 1 second of rest and 60 seconds to do 11 squats, pushups and situps.

Sorry for all the confussion.

round 17- 17squats 10 pushups
rinished round 18-20 with just squats, not sure if I even did 20 squats last round. boy was I sore next day!!!!
