AMRAP in 15 Minutes
200M Run (Sprint)
10 Kettlebells
10 Box Jumps

Ladies try to use 35 lb. Kettlebell and 18" Box Jumps.
Men try to use 54 lb. Kettlebell and 24" Box Jumps.
Use a Dumbbell in place of a Kettlebell if needed.
May do step ups, but make sure to extend the hips all the way.

Paul - 8 Rounds in 14:59.

I used a concrete slab that weighed 35 lbs. Largest I could find.
Box jumps 24" - Third step of the cabin.
200M run that consisted of an extreme decline and incline in the Sierra's.

Jen - 6 Rounds with Run, Kettlebells and 2 Box Jumps of the 7th round completed at 15 minutes. Finished 7 Rounds at 15:19.
