150 Kettlebells

200M Run anytime you stop swinging or you put the kettlebell down.

Good Form! Tight core with lordotic curve.

Power! Great pelvic extension.

(secured 2 - 35 lb. dumbbells together and used that.)

Sorry I missed today. Looks like fun. Ran like crazy at soccer today. I can work out on Tuesday, but the week after that will be iffy, laying 1000 sq ft of laminent flooring. Does that count?
