Ran at the gym. Why does it seem to take longer on the tredmill,then running out side?I ran the full run,and did not rest!! I inclined a bit more each time preset. Kept up pace of 10:10Time-16:05
The treadmill can be quicker and it can be slower. For short distances you can increase the speed and just keep up with it. Longer distances you tend to get tired more easily and are not able to run with a long stride.Leslie good job but the workout was with 3 minute rest periods. Doing this allows you to run harder and faster for each 800M run. You owe one on a day off.
