I think I pulled a muscle or tended on the side of my knee from running.It doesn't feel great. I tried to do todays workout, I'll try Sat.Oooch!!
Somebody talk to me about the Lunges 100 feet... I have seen people do lunges, have not done them myself. weight in hands or no?
No weight in hands. Step forward with foot,bend both knees to a 90 touching back to to ground. As you stand upright alternate the rear foot forward repeating the steps. Click youtube video.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X9D1dIpwPfU

Awesome Mike, are your burpees getting easier?
Burpees are still my Achilles heal. I can jump rope, lunges weren't too bad, but burpees, ahhhhhhh!
