Hey just completed my 10 reps of squats, pushups, situps in 15:35. I added a warm up of 2 reps of 10 situps, 10 pushups and a 20min run finishing the workout with a 5min cooldown jog on the treadmill. Feeling the burn...

When is the next workout? And if I can't get back what do you want me to do next? Worse case I can bust out a run tomorrow.

Mike excellent job and great warmup. I would take a break tomorrow as your body does need time to rest from the high intensity. If you can not make Wednesday, do 4 800 M (2 laps) sprints with 3 minute rest between. Make sure you time each of the 4 sprints and post them.
