Fitness Estrella is a Garage Gym. Fitness Estrella was established after Paul received his CrossFit Level I certification and wanted a motivational factor for myself, family, neighbors and friends of this community to workout. This is no luxury gym and definitely not a social club. It is an outdoor -slash- garage gym for people that want to make a difference in their own lives. Although this gym is not a social club, it is absolutely one that promotes comraderie, support and encouragement. Fitness Estrella is training functional movements at intensity. Paul is an ACE certified fitness trainer as well. Disclaimer - Anybody who performs these workouts are doing so on their own and needs a trained professional or someone who is qualified. Anybody doing these workouts is doing so at their own risk. I do encourage everybody to get involved and post to comments.
